Reningsborg is a nonprofit christian organization. Our mission is to help and support people when they need a helping hand in life. We want every person we meet to be able to grow, develop and to be more self-sufficient.
We believe we are at our best when we work together, and we want this to be shown in everything we do. In a time when more and more people feel hopelessness and lack of belief in their future, our biggest challenge is to help people find hope again.
Reningsborg run three large second hand stores with vocational training, housing for youth and families and a car wash. All with the purpose of support and to help people both in Gothenburg and abroad.
Together we can create hope for the future.
Reningsborg work together with local charities in Poland, Moldova, Serbia, Romania and eSwatini to make the world a better place. Many people want to change their situation but lack the resources and support needed. Through transports of goods and financial support, Reningsborg gives our local partners the possibility to help people where they are.
Reningsborg has during the years been able to help hundreds of people to overcome poverty, unemployment and other difficulties.
Together we can create hope for the future.
The theme for all our commitment, both abroad and in Gothenburg, is to create possibilities for youth to develop through social support, a meaningful leisure, education and work. Everything we do is based on the UN child convention.
Reningsborg run housing for homeless families and others that recieve emergency aid from the social service. We hold a high standard and our housing are drug free.

Reningsborg provides vocational training in both our second hand shops for people who needs to come back to, or into working life. We have an individual based program with the aim of preparing for vocational rehabilitation and/or working life.
We can offer occupation in our store, with gardening and maintenance, cleaning, reparation of furniture and other goods, and property maintenance.
